簡易バインドを使用して LDAP アイデンティティ ストアをインポートしているときのエラー "External identity store was unreachable"

説明
簡易バインドを使用する LDAP アイデンティティ ストア json をインポートすると、次のエラーが発生する場合があります。

"Identity store Configuration Error: External identity store was unreachable. The external store is either down or Tableau Server is unable to establish a connection." ("アイデンティティ ストア構成エラー: 外部アイデンティティ ストアに到達できませんでした。外部ストアがダウンしているか、Tableau Server が接続を確立できません。")

さらに、次のエラーがログに記録される場合があります。
