Action filter is not applied to the "Viz in Tooltip".

Cause

Tableau does not automatically count a viz in tooltip worksheet as part of a dashboard when its parent worksheet is added. Therefore, the Action Filter must be manually set to affect the tooltip worksheet.
Решение
Try one of the following workarounds:

Option 1

Manually apply the action filter to the "Viz in Tooltip" target worksheet by following these steps:
  1. Click a mark on the source action filter worksheet.
  2. Open a worksheet targeted by the action filter.
  3. Right-click on the generated action filter and choose Apply to Worksheets > Selected Worksheet
  4. Check the box for the "Viz in Tooltip" target worksheet and click OK.

Option 2 

Duplicate the target worksheet. Use one for the filter action and the other as Viz in tooltip.

Option 3

Use a 'Menu' action instead. A 'Menu' action clears your hover before triggering the filter and navigation. A 'Select' action retains hover until after the action is triggered, which resets the filter (as designed).
