New User Cannot Log In to Tableau Cloud Using TableauID

Description
After you are added as a new user, you do not receive a Tableau Cloud welcome email and are unable to log in to Tableau Cloud.
Résolution
Work with your Tableau Cloud administrator to complete the below steps:
  1. Ensure that your user account is set to use TableauID authentication. See Set the User Authentication Type for more information. 
  2. Navigate to https://auth.tableausoftware.com/user/register and create an account using the same email that was added to Tableau Cloud.
  3. Log into Tableau Cloud with the credentials used above to create the TableauID account. 

 
Ressources supplémentaires
This solution will only work for new users. Users who have already created a TableauID do not need to create a new TableauID.
When creating the TableauID, make sure to use the same email address that was added to Tableau Cloud.
