ユーザーが Tableau Desktop から Tableau Server PostgreSQL データベースに接続しようとすると、次のエラーが発生します。
 
An Error Occurred While Communicating With The PostgreSQL Database Data Source 'workgroup'.
Unable to connect to the server. Check that the server is running and that you have access priviliges to the requested database. (PostgreSQL データベースのデータ ソース 'workgroup' と接続するときに、エラーが発生しました。サーバーに接続できません。サーバーが実行されており、要求したデータベースに対してアクセス権限を持っていることを確認してください。)

Could not connect to the server;

Cause

アクティブなリポジトリをホストしているコンピューターのみがポート 8060 に接続できます。
解決策
どのコンピューターが PostgreSQL データベースを実行しているかを確認します。
  1. Tableau Server に管理者としてログインします。
  2. Tableau Server のステータス画面を開きます。詳細については、「サーバー プロセスのステータスを表示する」を参照してください。
  3. どのノードにリポジトリ プロセスがあるかを確認します。値 (worker 1、worker 2 など) を使用して、接続先となる正しいコンピューターを判別します。
