Error "You are not authorized to perform this action" After Adding a Worker

Description
After adding a new worker, the following error might occur when loading workbooks:

Forbidden Action
You are not authorized to perform this action
 
Additionally, an error similar to the following might appear in the logs:

Cause

When a view is loaded by a VizQLserver process on the worker, the username is dropped in transit to the worker.
Résolution
Ensure all communication on required ports between the primary and worker is open and that there are no internal proxies interfering with communication.
