통합 문서를 열 때 "The load was not able to complete successfully." 오류 발생

상세 설명
Tableau Desktop에서 통합 문서를 열면 다음 오류 메시지가 나타날 수 있습니다.

Errors occurred while trying to load the workbook "<workbook name>". The load was not able to complete successfully.("<workbook name>" 통합 문서를 로드하는 동안 오류가 발생했습니다. 로드를 완료할 수 없습니다.)
An unexpected error occurred opening the packaged workbook.(패키지 통합 문서를 여는 동안 예기치 않은 오류가 발생했습니다.) 
 
또한 log.txt에서 다음 메시지를 찾을 수 있습니다.

GenerateTempDirectory: failed to create subdirectory in 'C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp\TableauTemp'

Cause

사용 권한으로 인해 Tableau가 필요한 임시 폴더를 만들지 못합니다. 
솔루션
IT 팀과 협력하여 오류 로그에 지정된 하위 디렉터리에 대한 적절한 사용 권한을 사용자 계정에 부여합니다.
