Background Maps Do Not Render When Exporting to Image

When exporting a worksheet or dashboard from Tableau Server to PDF or image (PNG), the background map might not render. The background map renders correctly when viewing the view in a web browser.

Cause

The computer hosting Tableau Server cannot access the mapping servers.
Lösning
Ensure that Tableau Server can connect to the mapping servers. For more information, see Maps Do Not Display on Tableau Server.
Ytterligare resurser
As a troubleshooting step, disable client-side rendering by using the ?:render=false URL parameter. If the map no longer renders in a browser, then this article applies. If the map still renders after disabling client-side rendering, it may be a different issue.
