Floating Text Boxes Move After Publishing

Description
After publishing a view from Tableau Desktop to Tableau Server, the floating text boxes move, which creates a different alignment of boxes.

Cause

Floating objects do not display consistently across screens with different resolutions.
Résolution
Try the following workarounds: 
  1. Make dashboard objects tiled instead of floating
  2. Or, when setting the dashboard sizing, ensure it is set on Fixed
  3. Or, edit your dashboard directly from Tableau Server
