Errore "SMTP host is unreachable" nelle attività in background durante l'invio delle sottoscrizioni

I messaggi e-mail di sottoscrizione pianificati potrebbero non essere inviati come previsto e, durante la verifica delle attività in background, l'errore seguente potrebbe corrispondere a tali errori:

com.tableausoftware.model.workgroup.service.subscriptions.SubscriptionRunner$SMTPServerException: SMTP host unreachable

Cause

Tableau Server non è in grado di raggiungere l'host SMTP.
Risoluzione
Collabora con il team IT per verificare che il computer che esegue Tableau Server possa accedere all'host SMTP.
