Totals for Measure Names Appear at Bottom of View

Description
When attempting to get subtotals for measure names, the block of all totals appears at the bottom of the view, rather than after each "measure" pane.
Résolution
As a workaround, create a false header to display before [Measure Names] on the Rows shelf and use subtotals to display [Measure Names] totals. The sample packaged workbook can be found in the Attachments section of this article.

1. Go to Analysis > Create Calculated Field and create a calculated field for "1"
2. Place the calculated field before [Measure Names] on the Rows shelf
3. Navigate to Analysis > Totals > Add All Subtotals
4. Right click on "1" on the Rows shelf in the view and de-select "Show Header"
