Unable to edit Data Connection for Google Analytics, Sheets or BigQuery on Tableau Server because "Edit Connection" is disabled.
OAuth has not been configured on Tableau Server for Google.
To resolve, follow the steps listed in Set up OAuth for Google.
From Tableau Desktop, connect to Google Analytics, BigQuery or Sheets and republish the data source to Tableau Server.
The connection to Google BigQuery and Google Analytics is created through an OAuth access token. Database credentials do not need to be stored in Tableau, and all users connect through this access token, including Tableau Desktop users who want to create or edit workbooks using this connection.
An OAuth token is not required in Tableau Desktop if the Google account can be authenticated via two factor authentication in the browser. Tableau Server is not able to display the web interface for two-factor authentication.
