When trying to refresh or activate the product key of Tableau Desktop or Tableau Server, the following error might occur:
 
Error: (50018, 41145, 32) LM_TS_SEND_RECEIVE
Error: (50018, 41145, 31) LM_TS_SEND_RECEIVE

Cause

The FlexNet licensing service used to activate the product has encountered an error during the installation.
Ratkaisu

Uninstall the existing version of the product, and reinstall the product using "Run as Administrator". For more information about how to uninstall a product, see Completely Removing Tableau Desktop or Uninstalling Tableau Server.
