Error "Internet Communication Error" Logging Into Tableau Server from Tableau Desktop

Описание
The following error messages are received when you try to connect to Tableau Server from Tableau Desktop:
Cannot connect to Tableau Server.
and
Internet communication error: couldn't connect to server [ServerName]

You can log into Tableau Server successfully through a web browser or an older version of Tableau Desktop. 
 

Cause

Authentication is being blocked by a software external to Tableau, likely firewall or antivirus.

Work with your internal IT team to ensure that your anti-virus, proxy or firewall is not interfering with Tableau Desktop's authentication process.
