Oracle에 연결하려고 하면 다음 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다. 
 
An error occurred while communicating with the data source(데이터 원본과 통신하는 동안 오류가 발생했습니다.)
또는
Bad Connection: Tableau could not connect to the data source.(잘못된 연결: 데이터 원본에 연결할 수 없습니다.)
사용할 수 있는 세부 정보가 없습니다.
 
tabprotosrv 로그에서 다음과 유사한 오류를 확인할 수 있습니다.
  • Cannot load library from preferred location, "C:\Program Files\Tableau\Tableau <version>\bin\\<path>\ORAHOME\bin\oci.dll", since it doesn't exist.(기본 설정 위치에 라이브러리 파일이 없기 때문에 "C:\Program Files\Tableau\Tableau <version>\bin\\<path>\ORAHOME\bin\oci.dll" 라이브러리를 로드할 수 없습니다.)
  • Unable to load library "\\<path>\ORAHOME\bin\oci.dll" (error 87)("\\<path>\ORAHOME\bin\oci.dll" 라이브러리를 로드할 수 없음(오류 87))

Cause

Tableau가 올바른 Oracle 드라이버를 찾을 수 없습니다.
솔루션
다음 중 하나를 사용해 보십시오.
  • 다른 프로세스에서 사용되지 않는 경우 ORACLE_HOME 환경 변수를 제거하거나, Oracle에 연결할 수 있는 다른 사용자와 PATH 변수와 일치하도록 변수를 편집합니다.
  • oraociei12.dll을 C:\Program Files\Tableau\Tableau <version>\bin 에서 ORACLE_HOME 환경 변수로 지정된 디렉터리로 복사합니다.
