Tabcmd Error "Failed to create a VizQl session on the server" Exporting PDF from Tableau Cloud or Tableau Server

Description
When exporting a PDF from Tableau Cloud using Tabcmd, the following error might occur: 
 
Failed to create a VizQl session on the server

Cause

When Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud are upgraded to a new version, an updated version of tabcmd is required. You can download it from the Tableau Release Notes Site to avoid issues caused by version incompatibilities.
Résolution
Upgrade TabCMD to the same version as Tableau Cloud or Tableau Server. See Tableau Server Relase Notes for accessing the most recent version of TabCMD.
