After Installation and Registration, unable to create the Admin account due to "Failed to authenticate username and password."

After installing and registering, attempting to create the new Admin user account results in "Failed to authenticate username and password".

Cause

When activating a core license on a computer with more cores than the core license, Tableau Server is unable to license because the core license does not match or exceed the number of cores available on the machine.This problem is not seen until Tableau Server is started, and then the first error visible will be the inability to create a Tableau Server Admin account.
Ratkaisu
Use a computer or virtual machine with a number of processor cores that match the Tableau Server license.
Lisäresurssit
The problem can be verified using "tabadmin licenses".
