When attempting to publish a data source to Tableau Cloud, the following error occurs:
An unknown error related to remote content was detected (502)

Cause

Connected clients (access tokens) have become expired or invalid and need to be reset.
Ratkaisu
Clear the connected clients for the affected user. For more information, see Access Sites from Connected Clients
