Tableau Server에서 뷰를 새로 고치거나 Tableau Desktop에서 Access 테이블을 선택할 때 다음 오류 메시지 중 하나가 표시될 수 있습니다.

Cause

이 문제는 일반적으로 Tableau Server '서비스 계정' 사용자 계정 또는 Tableau Desktop을 실행하는 컴퓨터의 사용자 계정에 부여된 사용 권한이 부족하여 발생합니다.
솔루션
  1. Tableau Server '서비스 계정' 사용자 계정 또는 Tableau Desktop을 실행하는 컴퓨터의 사용자 계정에 Microsoft Access 또는 Microsoft Excel 파일이 저장된 위치에 액세스할 수 있는 사용 권한이 있는지 확인합니다. Access 파일에 다른 파일에 연결되는 테이블이 있는 경우 사용자 계정이 연결된 데이터 원본의 위치에도 액세스할 수 있는지 확인합니다. 자세한 내용은 Server 도움말에서 확인할 '서비스 계정' 계정 설정 항목을 참조하십시오. 
  2. 다른 파일에 연결되는 테이블이 Access 파일에 있는 경우 연결된 데이터 원본의 경로가 올바른지 확인합니다.
