Embedded Websites and Views Do Not Display Due to Mixed (HTTP and HTTPS) Content

When you try to embed HTTP websites in Tableau Server dashboards with SSL enabled on Tableau Server, the websites might not display.

Cause

Firefox, Chrome, and Microsoft Edge block websites that contain mixed (both HTTP and HTTPS) content.

Løsning

Option 1

Use a dashboard URL action to open the webpage in a new browser window. For more information, see URL Actions.

Option 2

Make all content on the website either HTTP or HTTPS.
