Unable to Configure SSL Encryption with PFX File

Description
Unable to use a .pfx file with Tableau Server.

Cause

Tableau Server requires a PEM-encoded x509 certificate with the extension .crt file to activate SSL.
Résolution
Convert the .pfx file to a PEM-encoded certificate file. After a PEM file is obtained, it can be added to Tableau Server using the directions in Configure External SSL.
