Error "ORA-12154 TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier" When Using ldap.ora

Description
When using ldap.ora file instead of tnsnames.ora, the following error might occur:

TableauException: Oracle database error 12154: ORA-12154 TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier

Cause

Tableau Server cannot find the file containing the Oracle connection information.
Résolution

Change the TNS_ADMIN environment variable to point to the folder location of the ldap.ora file. For more information, see https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=001453730&type=1

Ressources supplémentaires
The LDAP.ora file can be used in place of the tnsnames.ora file.
