説明
Amazon Redshift に接続しようとすると、次のエラーのいずれかが発生する場合があります。 
 
TableauException: could not connect to the server: Connection timed out (0x0000274C/10060) Is the server running on host "<hostname>" (<IP address>) and accepting TCP/IP connections on port <port number>? Unable to connect to the server "<server name>".Check that the server is running that that you have access privileges to the requested database. (TableauException: サーバーに接続できませんでした: 接続がタイムアウトしました (0x0000274C/10060) サーバーはホスト "<hostname>" (<IP address>) で実行されており、ポート <port number> で TCP/IP 接続を受け入れていますか? サーバー "<server name>" に接続できません。サーバーが実行されており、要求したデータベースに対してアクセス権限を持っていることを確認してください。)

Cause

Tableau Desktop または Tableau Server を実行しているコンピューターに適切なパーミッションがないか、正しい Redshift ドライバーがインストールされていません。または、Redshift を実行しているコンピューターの IP アドレスが承認済みアドレスのリストにありません。
解決策
次のトラブルシューティング手順のいずれかまたは複数により、問題を解決できる可能性があります。

Tableau Desktop と Tableau Server の場合

  • IT チームと連携して、Tableau Desktop または Tableau Server を実行しているコンピューターが Amazon Redshift を実行しているコンピューターと通信するのに適したパーミッションを持っていることを確認します。
  • Tableau Desktop または Tableau Server を実行中のコンピューターで、Tableau の「ドライバーのダウンロード」ページから Amazon Redshift ドライバーをダウンロードしてインストールします。
  • IT チームと連携して、Amazon Redshift で、Tableau Desktop または Tableau Server を実行しているコンピューターの IP アドレスを承認済みのアドレスのリストに追加します。

Tableau Cloud の場合

  • IT チームと連携して、Amazon Redshift で Tableau Cloud サーバーの IP アドレスを承認済みアドレスのリストに追加します。詳細については、「データを最新に保つ」ページの「Tableau Cloud のホワイトリスト IP アドレス」セクションを参照してください。
  • RedShift サーバーの URL または IP アドレスがパブリックにアクセス可能であることを確認します。URL が次の IP アドレスのいずれかに解決される場合、サーバーはパブリックにアクセス可能ではありません。10.0.0.0 ～ 10.255.255.255。
