Salesforce から送信されるメールは、承認済ドメインからのみとなります

SAML でのサインイン時のエラー "Unable to Authenticate User" および "Response issue time is either too old or with date in the future"

説明

SAML 認証を使用して Tableau Server にサインインしようとすると、次のエラーが発生する場合があります。

Authentication Failed (認証に失敗しました)
Unable to Authenticate User. Please try again or contact your Administrator for assistance. (ユーザーを認証できませんでした。もう一度やり直すか、管理者にお問い合わせください。)

さらに、次のメッセージが Tableau Server ログファイルに表示されます。

Response issue time is either too old or with date in the future... (応答発行時間が古すぎるかまたは未来の日付です...)

Cause

IdP からの認証応答時間が、Tableau Server 用に設定された許容時間を超えています。

解決策

Tableau Server を実行しているコンピューターのシステムクロックと Identity Provider (IdP) を実行しているコンピューターのシステムクロックを同期します。詳細については、Microsoft TechNet で「Synchronize the Time Server for the Domain Controller with an External Source」を参照してください。
