SAML로 로그인하는 중 "Unable to Authenticate User" 및 "Response issue time is either too old or with date in the future" 오류 발생

SAML 인증을 사용하여 Tableau Server에 로그인하려고 할 때 다음 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다.
Authentication Failed(인증 실패)
Unable to Authenticate User. Please try again or contact your Administrator for assistance.(사용자를 인증할 수 없습니다. 다시 시도하거나 관리자에게 도움을 요청하십시오.)
 
또한 Tableau Server 로그 파일에 다음과 같은 메시지가 나타납니다.
 
Response issue time is either too old or with date in the future...(응답 발행 시간이 너무 오래되었거나 날짜가 미래 날짜입니다.)

Cause

IdP의 인증 응답 시간이 Tableau Server에 구성된 허용 기간을 초과합니다.
솔루션

Tableau Server를 실행하는 컴퓨터와 IdP(ID 공급자)를 실행하는 컴퓨터의 시스템 시계를 동기화합니다. 자세한 내용은 Microsoft TechNet에서 Synchronize the Time Server for the Domain Controller with an External Source(도메인 컨트롤러의 시간 서버를 외부 원본과 동기화)를 참조하십시오.
