Description
An Internal Server Error 500 occurs when trying to access Tableau Server

Cause

CrashPlan uses port 8060 which is required for the Solr process. Blocking this port will prevent Tableau Server from starting correctly
Résolution
  • Stop CrashPlan
  • Restart Tableau Server

CrashPlan is an application used to backup data to the cloud. If CrashPlan is being used to safely store Tableau Server backup files, then alternative options are to avoid running CrashPlan and Tableau Server at the same time, or to copy Tableau Server backup files to a different computer and run CrashPlan there
