Unable to Have One Filter or Action Affect Multiple Story Points

Description

Unable to configure a filter or action filter to be shared between different story points.

Cause

Stories are a great way to present data to the user in a particular sequence to help the user understand the message of the story. Therefore, by design, each story point is treated like a sandbox where changes in filters will not affect anything outside of that story point. If filter changes were universal, or if users could navigate to story points out of order, this could disrupt the intended message of the story.

Resolution

Consider replacing the story with a Table of Contents Creation to Navigate to Other Dashboards, or Navigate from one view to another view, dashboard, or story using navigation buttons.
