Users without Tableau Server accounts are unable to subscribe to views.

Cause

The ability for users without Tableau Server accounts to subscribe to views is not currently available. Users must be licensed Tableau Server users in order to subscribe to a view.
Решение
Use the following workaround subscribe users without Tableau Server accounts. 
Note: This workaround is only for Tableau Server installations licensed under the Core licensing model. If you are unsure which licensing model you are using, contact your Tableau Server administrator.

1. Create a distribution list email address.
2. Create a new user and assign that user the distribution list email address.
3. Sign in to Tableau Server as that user and subscribe to the view.
