Error "java.net.UnknownHostException" Adding Worker

When adding a Tableau Worker Server to an existing environment, the following error might occur:
 

Handling MultiCommand::ReportableError Error processing template pg_hba.conf.templ
java.net.UnknownHostException: DA-FAMR-LB-01

Cause:

Windows is unable to resolve the host name of the worker computer.

Løsning
Work with your local IT team to resolve network connection and name resolution issues.
