Text or CSV File Data Source Does Not Return All Rows

Julkaisupäivä: Apr 13, 2024
Kuvaus
When you connect to a text file or CSV data source, the number of records reported by Tableau Desktop might be fewer than the number of rows in the text or CSV file.

Cause

Possibly Cause 1
The file is saved with an encoding that does not match the character set setting of the connection, or the Text Qualifier is set incorrectly.

Possibly Cause 2
There are values including field separator (ex: using comma as separator but the number is displayed as 123,456)
