When publishing or working with a published data source, the following error might occur:

Unknown Server Error: TableauException: HTTP 502

Cause

The error was due to a proxy server denying Tableau Server access to local files. 
Løsning
Work with your IT team to troubleshoot and resolve issues with connectivity through proxy server.
