説明

When publishing a workbook to Tableau Cloud, the following error might occur:

An error occurred when publishing the workbook.
GetOAuthUsername caught exception processing specs
Response code: 500

The CA certificate necessary to publish to Tableau Cloud cannot be located on the Tableau Desktop computer.

解決策

Update the Root Certificates on the computer running Tableau Desktop. For more information, see How to get a Root Certificate update for Windows in the Microsoft Knowledge Base.
