Error "HTTP 400 Bad Request" Logging in After Configuring Siteminder SAML

After configuring Tableau Server with Siteminder SAML, the following error might occur when logging in:

HTTP 400 Bad Request

No SAML assertion is returned from Siteminder. Additionally, IdP-initiated login from Siteminder may work in the browser.
