The external site e.g. https://www.yahoo.co.jp linked as Web Page Objects from a dashboard can be accessed from Tableau Desktop. However, after publishing, the below error is displayed:

This is due to the security configuration of the target website with their Same-origin policy not allowing cross-origin framing and cannot be worked around by Tableau Server configuration.
Consider using URL action to link to an external site as an alternative.
This is due to the the original site's security policy, which intentionally uses the X-Frame-Options header to prevent cross-origin framing (embedded in <iframe>).
