When trying to offline activate the Tableau Desktop, the following error occurs:

Function flxActAppActivationSend returned error (50018, 41145, 31) LM_TS_SEND_RECEIVE
LM_TS_SEND_RECEIVE 

Risoluzione

Option 1

Contact your IT team to configure and manually block the connection to https://licensing.tableau.com:443 

Option 2

Verify that the ATRENABLED flag is turned off.  Virtual Desktop cannot be leveraged when Tableau Desktop is using an offline activation.
Risorse aggiuntive
This might occur if the Tableau Desktop is installed in a cloud platform. 

Note: If you're performing the offline activation process because of firewall or proxy restrictions, you might not be prompted to save the activation file. In that case, manually disconnect the computer from the network and then restart this procedure so that you can be prompted to save the activation file.
