Upgrade Script Fails With "The runas user does not have permission to read the backup file"

If the backup file location is set to a non-default location, the upgrade script (upgrade-tsm.cmd) may fail with the following exception when upgrading Tableau Server.
The runas user does not have permission to read the backup file: <path>
Example:
Løsning
Manually grant the Runas User account full control to the backup file path folder and then rerun the upgrade script.
