"Error Code FAB9A2C5 QUERY [SALESFORCE ROUTE] [CONNECTION_ERROR]" Error Occurs When Creating a View Connected to Denodo

Issue

After connecting to Denodo, the following error codes are displayed when creating a view:

 

"FAB9A2C5" and query error "QUERY [SALESFORCE ROUTE] [CONNECTION_ERROR]"

 

Denodo is expected to be routed to Salesforce.

    QUERY [SALESFORCE WRAPPER] [ERROR]

Cause

There is a third-party data route issue between Denodo and Salesforce.

 

Решение

Make sure that the query can be executed on the Denodo database. If it fails, contact Denodo or Salesforce support for further investigation.
