Issue

After connecting to Denodo, the following error codes are displayed when creating a view:

 

"FAB9A2C5" and query error "QUERY [SALESFORCE ROUTE] [CONNECTION_ERROR]"

 

Denodo is expected to be routed to Salesforce.

Cause

There is a third-party data route issue between Denodo and Salesforce.

 

Lösning

Make sure that the query can be executed on the Denodo database. If it fails, contact Denodo or Salesforce support for further investigation.
