Unable To Refresh Extracts, Created By Other Users On Server OR "Refresh Extract" Grayed Out To Other Users On Tableau Server UI/Tableau Cloud

Description
"Refresh Extracts" is grayed out/unavailable for extracts created by other users.

Cause

 Only specific roles and ownership can refresh an extract on the Tableau Server Web UI.
Résolution
The data source owner, project owner, project leader or a Server/Site Administrator can refresh the extract manually on the Server or on Tableau Cloud.

To refresh extracts manually, both Server and Site Administrators can run extract refreshes on-demand on the Schedules page.

Ressources supplémentaires
If the user is a Project Leader of only a nested project and the top level project is locked including nested projects, the user cannot refresh the extract in the nested project.
