Unable to connect to Postgres from Tableau Desktop. Other applications (Dbeaver) work fine.

Error Message: 

Bad Connection: Tableau could not connect to the data source.
 ['There was an internal error.', 'Unable to connect to the PostgreSQL server "POSTGRES-DB.SERVER.LOCAL". Check that the server is running and that you have access privileges to the requested database.']

Cause

Error while running the Postgres JDBC driver.

Ratkaisu
Use the ODBC driver instead of the JDBC

"Failed to read from port file."

"Error starting Java Protocol Server. Couldn't read socket or port."
