Tableau Cloud scheduled extracts got skipped due to the time change.

Cause

Per Tableau development: Yes, it is expected that if an extract is scheduled to run during 2:00 - 2:59:59 (USA implementation) that run will not happen since that time does not actually exist due to the time change.
Ratkaisu
Run the extract manually using the "Run Now" menu option or wait until the next time the extract is scheduled to run.
