Tableau Server HA using ATR Does Not Have a Grace Period After the Initial Node Failure

Description

On Tableau Server with HA configuration using the Server ATR activation method,  just after the initial node is down,​ Tableau Server using alternate nodes shows blank white page on Tableau Server because the 72-hour grace period was not functioning.

Cause

This update has been released under the Release Notes for ID 1447040.
Résolution
After the initial node failure, please follow the steps to recover from an initial node failure.

Install or upgrade to Tableau Server version 2021.4.15+, 2022.1.11+, 2022.3.3+, or 2023.1.3+ to receive the update that contains the 72-hour grace period on initial node failure with ATR activations.
