Description
When clicking Test Connection after importing the IdP metadata under Step 4: Import IdP metadata to the Tableau site, the following error may occur:

403. That's an error.
Error: not_a_saml_app

Cause

The IdP metadata may not have been imported correctly.

Carry out the steps in the following Google document to configure SAML authentication with Google on your Tableau Cloud site:
