Error "Tableau needs an unexpired OAuth refresh token to connect to the data" When Attempting to Web Edit Snowflake data sources on Tableau Cloud

Description

When Attempting to Web Edit a Snowflake data source using OAuth on Tableau Cloud an error occurs:

Can't connect to Snowflake... The username or password is not valid....Tableau needs an unexpired OAuth refresh token to connect to the data...
 

However refreshing the data source/workbook runs successfully with no error. Tableau Desktop also works in editing the data source.

Cause

The ability to use Tableau Cloud Web Edit to Edit Snowflake OAuth credentials in a published or embedded data source is not functionality built into the product. 
 
Résolution
Use Tableau Desktop to edit the credentials and republish it as a workaround.
