OneDrive and SharePoint Online extracts cannot be refreshed or created in Tableau Cloud

OneDrive and SharePoint Online extracts cannot be refreshed or created in Tableau Cloud.
When publishing a live data source and trying to switch Data is to extract, the error is displayed:

"The job failed after running for 0.0 min because of java.lang RuntimeException: Type<DatasourceName>of data source is not in the list type allowed for refresh. Refresh skipped.(error Code=60007)"

Creating the extract and publishing from Tableau Desktop and running a Refresh Now as Full Refresh also fails.
