Error "You are not authorized to perform this action. (20)" When Opening Space Usage Admin View and Multiple Sites

If there are multiple sites on Tableau Server, when opening Site Status / Stats for Space Usage, an error may occur and it will not be possible to see the Admin View.  The error displays as follows:

Forbidden Action
You are not authorized to perform this action. (20)
To access this workbook, you must have the Connect permission for its data source.

Cause

The Tableau Development Team identified this as Known Issue with Reference ID W-13155154.

Lösning

Solution deployed in Maintenance Release: 2023.1.4 or newer versions. If you are using an affected version, upgrading to the version which includes the fix will resolve the issue.

For Tableau Server 2023.1.3 or lower versions:

As a workaround, create custom Admin View to check the space usage. For more information, please refer Create Custom Administrative Views.
