Error "Insufficient permission to publish data source" or "File path for the output step isn't valid" When Prep Flow Output Name Contains New Line Character

When a published data source flow output name contains a special character, the flow fails to run on Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud with the error message:
Insufficient permission to publish data source.
Or
The file path for the output step isn't valid. Check that the file name and path is valid, the file name doesn't use "/", "\" or other special characters, and that you have write permissions to that location.
Cause
By design due to an invalid character for the operating system in the Flow output name.솔루션
Check with the documentation of your operating system to know what special characters are not allowed.
