Log into Salesforce Help with Marketing Cloud Engagement credentials

Marketing Cloud Engagement will officially be integrated with Trailblazer Id!

After July 25th, 2025** you will be able to log in to the the Help portal via the new Marketing Cloud Engagement login option to access your support cases in one location.

**It will not be possible to connect your Marketing Cloud Engagement portal account to a Trailblazer.ID (TBID) account until AFTER July 25th.  Up until that time, you will need to continue logging into the portal via your MCE instance in the legacy manner that you have been using thus far. The only ask prior to the July 25th release is to have a Trailblazer account created for yourself, if you do not already have one, so that you are ready on that day** 

Solución

Here are a few ways to use your Marketing Cloud Engagement login credentials to access the Help portal after the July 18th release date.

Option 1: Access the Help portal from within the Marketing Cloud Engagement platform
The simplest way to access the Help portal for Marketing Cloud users is by first logging into the Marketing Cloud and then redirecting to the Help portal through the Marketing Cloud platform.

  1. Log into the Marketing Cloud Engagement platform
  2. Hover over your profile name in the upper-right corner
  3. Select “Salesforce Help & Training”

Upon clicking “Salesforce Help & Training” a new browser tab will open and you will be authenticated into the Help portal. That’s all there is to it — you’re logged in!


Option 2: Log into the Help portal via the new Marketing Cloud login flow on Trailblazer Id
Another way to access the Help portal for Marketing Cloud users is to access the new login flow on TBID.

  1. Visit the Help portal login page
  2. Select Marketing Cloud Engagement from the list of platform login options available
  3. Enter your Marketing Cloud Engagement login credentials
    1. Note for users with SSO enabled: You may enter your Marketing Cloud username and the platform will redirect you to the appropriate domain for you to complete your authentication steps. If you do not know your username, we recommend you to use Option 1.
  4. That’s all there is to it — you’re logged in!

 

NOTE: Email Address is the single source of truth for Trailblazer.id authentication.  If your email address for accessing the portal through your Marketing Cloud Engagement instance is the same as an email address already aligned with your Trailblazer account, then the system should automatically sync on July 18th so that your MCE instance shows in the selectable TBID org picker, without the need for manual intervention. If the email addresses do not match between the two platforms, you will need to manually connect the two via the following instructions after the July 18th release:

1.) Log into your TBID account
2.) Go to My Cases tab-> Manage All Orgs
3.) Click the 'Connect an Org' button
