Data 360: Billable Profile Right Sizing Steps

Step 1 - Identify All Billable Profile DMOs

• Use the Data Model tab in Mapped mode to identify all DMOs of type Profile:

Note: It is not currently possible to sort this list by Category.

• Or, (EASIEST) create a new batch segment using the visual builder:

• Pick the Default data space:

• And then click on Segment On to list out all the Billable Profile DMOs:

 

Step 2: Change Profile DMO Category to Other

• For each Billable Profile DMO identified in Step 1, find the DMO using the search bar in the Data Model tab and click on the right pop-up menu to reveal the Edit Category option:

Note: Edit Category is only available for Profile and Other type DMOs. Please see help here.

• If the DMO has existing segments or activations using it, you will not be able to change the category to Other. To do so, you must first delete those activations and segments:

• If the DMO does not have any existing segments or activations using it, select ‘Other’ to reclassify the DMO from type Profile to Other.

Note: You cannot create segments on an Other type DMO.
