Upon trying to connect to OData from Tableau Desktop, the following error occurs:

Unable to connect to the server. Check that the server is running and that you have access privileges to the requested database.

Failed to read metadata for serviceURL <url> and entitySetName <entity>. The table <table> does not exist.
OData unable to establish the connection without the correct URL.
Modify the OData connection URL by adding a forward slash (/) onto the end of the server URL and reauthenticate.
