Unable to Display Grid Line next to Field Label in Certain Crosstab Worksheet

描述
Grid line next to field label is missing in certain crosstab worksheet with multiple dimensions on row shelf.
eg:
However with only 1 dimension, header grid line could be displayed correctly. eg
Cause
This behavior is by design.
解決方案
Possible Workaround
1. Hide field label of [Order Date] to try remain only one row of header
2. add the field name label onto worksheet name if needed. *Please find attached "sample.twbx" for more details.
